Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Store Credits

With the exception of custom and sale items, we offer refunds on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For items received after 30 days, we will issue a store credit. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging. For any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, dirty or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will issue a partial store credit. 

To initiate a return, email ginger@intertwinedforgood.com with the subject line “Return.” Please include your name and order number in the email body. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We'll email you back within one business day with further instructions.

Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. We suggest insuring and tracking your shipment as we will not be held accountable if anything should happen in transit.

Custom and sale items are FINAL SALE and not refundable or exchangeable.

Defective Items

If a product you receive is defective, please contact us at ginger@intertwinedforgood.com within 48 hours. Defective products include holes and broken zippers. PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products are hand woven and hand printed. There will be small blemishes, imperfections and minor irregularities in shape, surface, and finish,, which we consider part of the charm. These are not considered defective.
